Typically, the customs clearance process takes 5–14 working days for sea freight and 3–7 working days for air freight after arrival in Indonesia.
The following documents are generally required:

- - Certificate of Origin (if applicable)
Shipment updates will be available on the TPU website once your cargo has been loaded from the country of origin.
There is no minimum value or volume required to import goods. However, minimum charges apply based on a benchmark of 0.1 CBM for sea freight and 1 kilogram for air freight.
