    How long does the customs process take after goods arrive at the Indonesian port?

    Typically, the customs clearance process takes 5–14 working days for sea freight and 3–7 working days for air freight after arrival in Indonesia.

    What documents are required for the import process?

    The following documents are generally required:

    • - Packing List
    • - Commercial Invoice
    • - Bill of Lading or Air -Waybill
    • - Certificate of Origin (if applicable)
    How can I track my shipment?

    Shipment updates will be available on the TPU website once your cargo has been loaded from the country of origin.

    Is there a minimum value or volume required to import goods?

    There is no minimum value or volume required to import goods. However, minimum charges apply based on a benchmark of 0.1 CBM for sea freight and 1 kilogram for air freight.

    What are the import fees at TPU?

    Import service fees vary depending on the type of service, nature of the goods, volume (CBM), weight (kg), and country of origin. A detailed cost estimate will be provided after review by our team.
